Engineering services provided for the conversion of an existing 8,100 SF tenant office space into a renovated retail testing and office facility.  Sustainability principles such as energy saving T-5 lamp lighting, local occupancy lighting sensors, and building wide lighting controls were included into the project. The site is located at the Under Armour Tide Point facility, in Baltimore, Maryland.
