Construction Administration services for all aspects of MEP Design and Utility Upgrades during phased, occupied renovation/addition of a church facility. Work included new construction of a single-story gymnasium and kitchen addition, along with modifications to an existing two-story classroom/social hall. A new elevator lobby with public toilets was included to link the two story facility with the new single-story addition.
