TEI is providing construction administration services during the construction of a 5,000 SF Club House building for a new townhome community in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

The building includes a fitness and aerobics room, club room, and locker, shower, and bathroom facilities for the outdoor pool and tennis courts.
