TEI provided design services for the renovation of an existing 64,000 SF warehouse building. The project converted the existing facility into a warm, lit future shell tenant space and a 14,000 SF office fit-out for the building owner.

TEI’s services included the design of a new electrical service with separate tenant metering for the facility, as well as lighting and power design services for the office fit-out. Located in Aberdeen, Harford Co., Maryland, this project was completed February 2011.
