MEP design services for a 56,000 SF, 4 story, 60 unit senior center. The building features a 3 story entry lobby with a “Green” garden roof.

The facility is designed to meet Energy Star Standards, which requires the building to operate 20% more efficiently than applicable design models. Project completion scheduled Fall 2011.
