MEP design of a new two story with basement, 24,000 SF multi-function municipal building and will include LEED Silver certification.  The project is located at 579 Ringwood Avenue, in Wanaque, Passaic County, New Jersey.

Design services for a new 17,500 SF library in New Castle County, Delaware. The project incorporates green technology designs such as LED lighting, daylight harvesting, solar voltaic water heating, and options for electric net metering.

TEI is providing on-going design services for the conversion/renovation of various Verizon Wireless retail facilities along the East Coast. Projects incorporate energy saving principles through building management control systems involving lighting and HVAC controls.
