TEI is providing on-going design services for the conversion/renovation of various Verizon Wireless retail facilities along the East Coast. Projects incorporate energy saving principles through building management control systems involving lighting and HVAC controls.

 

TEI was involved with the design of the Dover, Delaware retail facility that achieved LEED Silver Certification. Dover is the third Verizon Wireless retail facility in the Northeast to achieve LEED Certification.
